A. There are some mental health disorders that are not recommended for online therapy such schizophrenia or delusional disorder. A. Sessions are 45 minutes, though exceptions can be made upon arrangement, and the cost is $210.

A. I do not accept insurance but I am able to provide a super bill that you can submit to your health insurance provider. Please consult with your insurance provider to understand what they cover within your policy.

A. I hold a master's degree in clinical psychology with a specialization in spiritual and depth psychology from Antioch University, Los Angeles. During graduate school, I interned at Cancer Support Community Los Angeles, providing counseling to cancer patients and their families. I successfully completed over three thousand clinical hours of training and passed the California Marriage and Family Therapy licensing exam. I have done extensive training beyond graduate school in a variety of modalities including trauma informed mindfulness and psychedelic therapy and integration.

Once MDMA and psilocybin are legalized, I intend to offer that therapy as well. You can sign up here to be updated when MDMA or psilocybin therapy becomes available.

I have completed modules one through six at the Polaris Insight Center's Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy Training, graduated from the Integrative Psychiatry Institute's Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy Training program, and finished the MAPS MDMA training program. In November 2023 I completed a week-long training at the Experiential Training Institute for psilocybin in Amsterdam.
