Relationships, in all their shapes

Relationships are where our oldest patterns tend to show up, often at the worst possible moment. The same argument on repeat. A distance neither of you can name. A relationship structure that no longer fits the people in it.

Support for couples, polycules, and anyone trying to love (and be loved) with more honesty.

I work with individuals, couples, and multi-partner relationships, including ethical non-monogamy and other non-traditional structures. You don’t have to explain or defend how your relationship is shaped. We start from what’s actually true for you.

You might be noticing:

  • Communication that turns into the same fight

  • Disconnection, resentment, or feeling unseen

  • Navigating opening a relationship, or new partners and dynamics

  • Jealousy, insecurity, or attachment fears

  • Family-of-origin patterns showing up in your relationships

  • Mixed-faith or post-faith relationships

How I work:

  • Attachment theory

  • Emotionally focused therapy

  • Parts work

  • Direct, grounded, and collaborative

  • LGBTQ+ and kink-affirming

We’ll get curious about the patterns underneath the conflict, so you can respond to each other instead of reacting.
